Ingredients: Witch Hazel, Distilled Water and a selected blend of Essential Oils. Witch Hazel is used for its cleaning properties, and we selected essential oils that are commonly regarded as essential cleaning oils with anti-bacterial properties.
Usage: Completely spray yoga mat after each class. Do not fold. Wipe with clean towel and allow to dry before rolling mat.
